According to Greek mythology, the goddess Persephone, wife of Hades, the king of the underworld, and daughter of Demeter, would leave the underworld and return to earth during the Spring equinox. As melatonin decreases, this affects hormones, especially testosterone (which is also present in women). Flowers, warm sun on the skin, colors: our brains involuntarily produce more endorphins, the hormones of happiness. In short, science also says that spring is the season par excellence for new loves, and there is still one month left.
