The best beauty looks of Paris Fashion Week SS21

From Chanel's smokey eyes to Dries Van Noten's hairstyle with bobby pins

The best beauty looks of Paris Fashion Week SS21 From Chanel's smokey eyes to Dries Van Noten's hairstyle with bobby pins

The first phygital edition of the Fashion Weeks just ended in Paris, taking away conflicting thoughts and reflections on the new ways of presenting the collections.

Just like it happened at Milan Fashion Week, also in Paris beauty looks become minimal, without pomp and attempts to impress the audience with extreme make-up and hairstyle. The key is to embrace simplicity, and to bring out the unique clothes and faces of the models.

A curiosity? Smokey eyes and pearls in the hair were the protagonists of different beauty looks, from Chanel to Acne Studios. nss G-Club collected the coolest make-up and hairstyles here. Enjoy!

CHANEL

To contrast the pastel colors and the romantic clothes of Chanel's SS21, is the intense black smokey eye protagonist of the make-up by Lucia Pica, Global Creative Makeup and Color Designer of Chanel. Black is taken in Jenny Longworth's total black nail art. The hair is left loose or in soft hairstyles, and decorated with a headband with pearls. Earrings and necklaces of pearls and diamonds complete the looks giving a super luminous touch.

ACNE STUDIOS

Makeup artist Peter Philips chose to give Acne Studios models an ethereal and light beauty with a nude makeup. The special touch? A lip gloss that illuminates the lips, then defined by a lip liner a shade darker than the natural color of the models' lips. The hair, with a slight sleek effect, is decorated with a string of pearls that runs through the lengths.

DRIES VAN NOTEN

A creative hairstyle adorns the hair of Dries Van Noten models: at the center of attention are the bobby pins that create fluid lines like waves on ultra sleek hair. Hairstylist Sam McKnight also plays with color, which once again is the protagonist of the brand's beauty looks. Colored locks contrast with the bright tones of the bobby pins and eyeshadows.

MIU MIU

Once again Guido Palau creates games of geometric lines and asymmetries on the hair of Miu Miu models, working on the hairstyle together with Patti Bussa, who deals with hair color. The double cut on the eyebrow is the small detail that recalls the 90's sporty-chic vibe of the collection. Pat McGrath's make-up is essential, but a glossy touch, the make-up artist's trademark, could not be missing.

CHLOÉ

Chloé also chooses Pat McGrath to direct the make-up, who creates a makeup focused on the eyes: the black eyeshadow, blended on the inner part of the eyes and on the outside, creating an extreme cat eye effect on some of the looks. The hairstylist Guido Palau gives the hair an intense sleek effect for a messy but always chic effect.
