Red carpet glamour is back. Less, distanced, but without a mask and in the name of a classic elegance that recalls the splendor of Old Hollywood. The symbol of these Oscars 2021 is Amanda Seyfried. The star of Mank caught the attention by arriving in a cloud of fiery red tulle by Armani Privé, reminiscent of the color of hibiscus flowers, accompanied by a beauty created by Genevieve Herr and inspired by the '20s, focused on lips and lipstick L'Absolu Rouge Drama Ink Nuit Pourpre by Lancôme; while the hairstylist opted for a chignon with low side parting and glossy waves.

Chignon and lipstick, in shades of pink and dark red to bring out the snowy skin tone, were also the choices of Carey Mulligan and Vanessa Kirby respectively. After preparing the skin with La Mer products, make-up artist Jo Baker continued with Gucci, applying on Vanessa a light blush on the cheeks, then Gucci Rouge à Lèvres Mat Matte Lipstick in 502 Eadie Scarlet and Crayon Contour Des Lévres Lip Line in Bordeaux, lots of mascara and leaving the brows wild. The result reflects the actress's strong and confident attitude and gives a twist to her powder pink dress, also by Gucci.

The other big beauty trend of the 93rd Academy Awards was nude make-up: from the most extreme version of Nomadland Oscar winners Frances McDormand and Chloé Zhao, who framed her face with two braids and let only her talent and her Hermès dress sparkle, to Margot Robbie's sunshine glow effect (by Chanel). The star of Once Upon a Time in... Hollywood debuted with a new hairstyle. She ditched her signature platinum blonde for a warmer color, similar to ripe wheat, framed her beautiful face with a Jane Brikin-esque seventies fringe and a very low, soft tail.

New look also for Halle Berry who walked the red carpet with a messy bob with fringe that looked like a virtual contrast to Laura Pausini's ultra-glass hairstyle. Although she didn't win any statues, she stood out for her elegance in a Valentino Haute Couture total black dress, matched with Bulgari emerald earrings and red lipstick (are you already shopping for this item?). Zendaya's curls are intentionally more wild, falling on her shoulders left bare by the long dress in fluorescent yellow silk chiffon with cut-out details by Valentino Haute Couture, or the softly arranged ones by Andra Day and Viola Davis.

Zendaya also hits the top 5 of G-Club for the best looks of the Oscars 2021 together with Amanda Seyfried, Carey Mulligan, Vanessa Kirby and Margot Robbie.
