Sabrina Carpenter is Prada Beauty's first celebrity global partner

2024 was a fantastic year for Sabrina Carpenter. She opened for Taylor Swift during the Singapore and Australia stops of the Eras Tour; her single Espresso was one of the summer's hits, and Short n' Sweet, her sixth studio album which also includes Please, Please, Please and Taste, debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart. The singer also made headlines offstage. She created a smoothie in collaboration with Erewhon; she started a romantic relationship with actor Barry Keoghan; and set trends with her coquette style and beauty look, which she described as a combination of "glowing skin, bold lips, flushed cheeks, and fluttery lashes." The most observant Carpenter fans had already guessed a collaboration between the singer and Prada, thanks to a series of Easter eggs in her recent music videos. In the video for Please, Please, Please, Sabrina is released from prison, and the two items returned to her upon her release are a pair of Projekt Produkt sunglasses and the Prada Moisturizing Lip Balm in shade 001 Astral Pink. In Taste, Carpenter applies the Monochrome Soft Matte Refillable Lipstick in the Tonka shade, a matte mauve brown with '90s vibes, just before engaging in a duel with Jenna Ortega. Speaking about Prada Beauty lipsticks in her videos, Carpenter said: "It was so fun to drop little hints for my fans. My music videos are such a labour of love, so I love incorporating elements that are authentic to me and add to the overall storyline. One of the reasons I'm excited about launching this with Prada Beauty is because their products emphasise some of my favourite features, and give the perfect level of glam that makes me feel feminine but still sophisticated."

Sabrina Carpenter also showcased Prada makeup during various stops on her tour, demonstrating her love for the brand and its products. "I've been a fan of Prada for so many years" the singer said, revealing a few hints about the future of the collaboration: "I had a sneak peek of some of their new products recently, and I'm excited for what's ahead".
