The perfume collection of Balmain Beauty continues to grow
sul mercatoWith Blanc Galaxie, the latest fragrance released on the market

March 1st, 2025
Balmain announces the launch of Blanc Galaxie, a citrusy aromatic eau de parfum that is energizing and all-gender. Bringing fresh energy with March’s Lunar Eclipse—when darkness reveals a new light—Blanc Galaxie’s star element is the luminous power of citron, ignited by the aromatic richness of myrtle. This marks the ninth fragrance added to the Les Éternels de Balmain collection.
The Notes of Blanc Galaxie, Balmain Beauty’s New Fragrance
Blanc Galaxie belongs to the citrus aromatic olfactory family and features a harmonious blend of five citrus notes that evoke the brilliance of a light eclipse. Buddha’s Hand, a fruit with a distinct citron aroma, combined with refreshing bergamot, creates an explosion of citrusy vitality on the skin. This vibrant composition is wrapped in the creamy softness of magnolia and infused with a touch of cardamom, adding a spicy nuance. A halo of new energy forms as its hopeful luminosity culminates in a lasting grand finale, with patchouli and a soft musk undertone. Cedarwood, green mandarin, and lime complete the symphony of five citrus notes.
In the Words of Olivier Rousteing
"Blanc Galaxie is a powerful symbol of hope and self-confidence," said Olivier Rousteing, Creative Director of Balmain. "It is a blank canvas that allows individuals to fully express their identity to themselves and the world." "Blanc Galaxie is a true awakening of the senses, embodying the invigorating transformation of celestial events by infusing new energy and light," stated Claire Fermont, Vice President of Marketing at Balmain Beauty, The Estée Lauder Companies. "This exquisite citrus aromatic fragrance is the perfect addition to our Les Éternels de Balmain collection." With its cosmic white hue, the Blanc Galaxie bottle draws inspiration from Balmain’s first-ever fragrance, Élysées 64-83, created in 1946—a masterpiece of simplicity and timeless elegance. It retains the iconic striated collar and the signature 90-degree angled label while introducing a new lozenge shape, enhanced by Balmain’s signature radiating design and the PB monogram, derived from the brand’s iconic 1970s labyrinth motif.
