February 15th, 2021
Tommy Hilfiger is continuing its social commitment by presenting a series of courses designed to inspire positive change that will be available on the FutureLearn online learning platform. The topics? Sustainability, Lgbtqia+ ally, body and community. Launching the project is actress, model, activist and founder of the I Weigh podcast, Jameela Jamil.
Jameela, who, along with Indya Moore, Kiddy Smile and other activists, is starring in Tommy Hilfiger's SS21 Moving forward together campaign, will talk about Body Neutrality, challenging stereotypes and how they affect everyone's body image. During the two weeks, after a general introduction, the course will explore the topic in all its aspects: from the importance of self-talk to the problem of discrimination in schools, from how to counteract the negative effects of body stereotypes in one's own life to Jamil's hopes for the future.
Tommy Hilfiger and Jameela Jamil's Body Neutrality course is available, for free, starting February 15th on FutureLearn.
