Versace loves strong, determined, independent women who are not afraid to show their charm, talent and personality and, for this reason, has always chosen them as brand ambassadors. From Madonna to Lady Gaga, from JLo to Demi Moore, there are many celebrities who joined the brand over the years, and now Dua Lipa has been added to this list of iconic women. The pop star is the new face of Versace, starring in the FW21 campaign.

I'm really excited to collaborate with the iconic Versace Maison. - Said the artist - Working closely with Donatella and sharing the passion we have in common for fashion has been surreal. Collaborating with her during this time has been an unforgettable experience.

The singer is really proud of the collaboration and of the shots taken by Mert&Marcus in which she shows off a new look with very long and fiery red hair, similar to the one chosen by Gigi Hadid for the presentation of Maison's collection during MFW. Along with Dua, the other big star of the campaign is the new print La Greca. As the brand explains, the classic pattern "has been enlarged in scale, made three-dimensional and embellished with an array of bright shades".

The first time they met was in February 2017, on the occasion of Versus' London fashion show, and since then the relationship between Versace and Dua Lipa has become increasingly special. The star has worn the brand's creations many times: from the swimsuit and denim jacket combo embellished with the Trésor de la Mer print in which she performed at the 2018 Brit Awards to the dress she wore to the 2019 Met Gala, from the Atelier Versace look in which she walked the Grammy's red carpet to the total pink one she opted for the live performance.
