Daniëlle Cathari explored the Woolrich archive and, searching through vintage clothes and catalogs, fell in love with The Woolrich Woman, a women's line designed for the everyday lifestyle of the modern woman, which has been out of production for several years now.

"It truly is an honor to be given the opportunity to work with such an iconic company. To revive The Woolrich Woman is of sentimental and personal value to me; the way I envision this woman is shaped by my own experiences of becoming a woman. - Said Cathari - How you feel has everything to do with how you dress. I want to design for women to feel comfortable, secure and happy with what they’re wearing, wherever they go and whatever they do."

The result is a collection combining the iconic and timeless aesthetic of the historic American company with the deconstructed design of the Dutch creative. Among the key pieces for fall-winter 2021 there are co-branded pullovers, zippered sweaters and lounge pants, all made of merino wool, but also a fleece vest, checked scarves and a bucket hat in shades of cream and brown. The real highlights of the proposal, however, are the DC Puff Jacket and the combo between the puffer-vest and skirt with their asymmetrical lines and seams.
