MIU MIU SS22' Basic Instincts pass through eyes

Welcoming, serene, as determined as impenetrable and sharp the eyes of the protagonists of the campaign Spring Summer 2022 MIU MIU, almost like the edges of the micro-mini with matching top worn by Hailey Bieber in the shots of photographer Tyrone Lebon on an elegant and formal background. The videos of the campaign are inspired by the concept of new elegance proposed by the collection that made people talk about themselves for the reinterpretation of the canonical garments of office looks in cropped and extremely current versions, able to synthesize both Y2K trends and a return to normality impossible to accept as if nothing had happened. Miu Miu’s rebellious spirit is a challenge to conventions: the new rules, made of personality, security and identity, contain the new classical elegance.

The free spirit that distinguishes Miu Miu emerges in Basic Instics through the contrasts of the natural portraits of the famous faces: the photo set musses with their imperturbable naturalness, who wear cropped shirts and live-cut Bottoms on sumptuous and draped satin backgrounds, embracing the spirit, while the silence of the shot is broken by the talkative look, which overlap marking a new mode of expression. Miuccia Prada, who made an eccentric and deeply personal signature of overturning the rules, presents once again a collection capable of embracing the contemporary zeitgeist with the right representatives.
