Since the launch of the first collection in 2019 the wet-effect rubber dripping from Sunnei's earrings, the Rubberized collection has dictated a new aesthetic and achieved great success, so much so that it has also expanded its influence on the catwalks of smaller brands and in fast-fashion. The Milanese brand has therefore decided to launch a Rubberized 2.0 collection and expand the product range to offer the community rings, necklaces, earcuffs of the famous earrings in mini version as well as the original continuous earrings that are so popular as to stimulate the desire to collect them. In order to always offer the community something different, the new products in which the brilliance of brass plays with the material of silicone rubber experiment with new color variants and special editions that will only be available for a short period of time.
The line was born from the intention to interpret the spirit of SUNNEI through jewelry: all Rubberized jewelry has a fun character that wants to rewrite the rules of the game, get noticed and dictate new trends while remaining refined and mini to the right point in the new versions to be the detail to be worn over other jewelry. Made in Italy and designed by Simone Rizzo, Loris Messina and their team in the HQ in Milan, the accessories are unisex and interpret with a game of colors including magenta, orange, green, yellow and also black & white references shapes and materials designed in collaboration with Arianna Fabriano. Using the brass structure with gold or silver finishing, silicone and colored dyes to create a materic game, the accessories of the Rubberized line will be presented together with the new references of the brand, the Lacubetto and Labauletto bags, in a special inflatable pop-up called "Lapietra" and designed to present the innovative point of view of the brand to the Asian market until July.
