Rebelle and Poli.design launch #MYDREAMS project

Rebelle, a handbag brand from Veneto founded in 2019, and POLI.design, the postgraduate school of design at Politecnico di Milano, are teaming up for #MYDREAMS. The project, which aims to support female fashion talent, is being developed in three phases: a workshop, a capsule collection and a charity initiative.

The project starts with a creative workshop aimed at understanding female students' views on the most important fashion accessory, the handbag, but also to share their ambitions. Eight female students will then be interviewed as part of the #MYPOV initiative to share their views on the current state of women, their dreams, both personal and professional, and their ideas about their future work. From the exchange of ideas, these young talents will design a Rebelle capsule collection co-branded by POLI.design, consisting of 6 models made of ecologically sustainable materials, which will go on sale with the SS24 season. A portion of the proceeds from each bag purchased will be donated to the association [email protected]. Focused on empowering women, #MYDREAMS is therefore complemented by a charity initiative that aims to support the careers of female students through corporate job placements.
