I'm Paolina, 27 years old and when people ask me what I do, I always struggle to answer, so I start telling my story. I have always worked in fashion, and in 2015 I opened my blog dedicated to emerging talents in the fashion system and from there I developed this project over the years. I specialized in Social Media Marketing and had the opportunity to teach in various academies, trying to pass on my experience and what I learnt from my studies. Last year was a breakthrough year because, for the first time, I asked myself the question "What is your place in the world?".
I answered myself for the first time with honesty and realized that I was actually not valuing myself and others.
So, in order to share what I learned from this period of personal growth,
I decided to collect stories of women, telling their paths, their falls, insecurities and failures, to help all those who find themselves in a difficult time or who can't find the courage to love themselves and believe in themselves.
Thus was born Non è Tutto Rosa. For me, sisterhood was something lacking in my life. I was never able to establish healthy and trusting relationships with other women, even though I wanted to, I used to meet women who didn't feel the same way I did. Women who put competition and success before everything else, concepts that should not be an obstacle, but rather a stimulus to support and help each other.
Sisterhood is collaboration, empathy and humility, and without these pillars, no relationship of trust can exist between women.
Facing failure taught me that it is in the hard times that we learn the best lessons. When we find ourselves down, when we hit rock bottom, we get in touch with our most vulnerable and sensitive part, as a result we have the opportunity to get to know ourselves in depth and we should not be afraid to look inside, that's where the answers to all our questions are.
