My name is Eleonora, I'm 25 years old and I'm an actress. I have recently finished my academic studies, although studying in this field never ends. So I dove into the world of this wonderful profession, trying to alternate between theater and cinema, with all the commitment, study and love possible.
To me, being a woman is simply being human, it's something we often forget: to be wonderfully human.
Knowing that you are not perfect and accepting it makes you really strong, being aware of this is priceless. It allows you to respect yourself and the women in your life, to support each other, to learn from them, to realize you can't be alone, that we are all wonderful in our diversity: with "Non è Tutto Rosa" it was like that, right away.
Kindness, empathy and respect for others is not just something, it's everything.
Definitely the biggest lesson was learning not to label myself or labeled, this is a wonderful job but at the same time full of pitfalls. They look at you and decide who you can be on stage or not. So I'm very tight with the idea that an actor doesn't have the opportunity to change (inside and out) in the service of the character he or she is portraying, because for me that's what our work is all about, stepping into someone else's shoes, in the most sincere and respectful way possible.
It was hard at first to come to grips with this and make sure that it did not affect my work and my person. We can all be anything, in this job but especially in everyday life.
