In the beginning, there were the letters, then the dinners at the restaurant, the weekend of love in Montana. Now came the house too and, suddenly, we feel like we're back in 2001, when fans and gossips were obsessed with the Bennifer. JLo and Ben Affleck are in love again, so much so that they wanted to officially announce it on Instagram (at least according to rumors), too bad that the whole world knows it. Back dating 17 years after they split, Jennifer and Ben seem to be pretty serious, as witnessed by an anonymous source who told People commenting on their exchange of pda in Florida:

"They were holding hands, hugging, kissing. They weren't trying to hide the fact that they were together. - He added -This is not a casual relationship. They are taking it seriously and want it to be long-lasting. They will continue to travel back and forth between Los Angeles and Miami. They are very happy together."

The paparazzi's shots of them stretching in front of the sea or looking out onto the balcony to admire the view are all over social media, as is the news of the new mega villa that the two have rented together in Miami for the modest sum of $130,000 a month.

The luxurious home is located at 2700 N Bay Road in Miami Beach and is owned by jewelry designer Paul Morelli, who recently purchased it for $17.5 million. Built in 1925 and renovated in 2015, the all-white 10,114-square-foot building combines Hollywood glitz with east coast style and spans more than half an acre of land, overlooking Biscayne Bay.

Outdoors, all of this space is filled with a huge patio with a barbecue, perfect for dining under the stars; a pool; a hot tub; a spa; a private dock with a boat elevator; a detached guest house; a gym; and three garages. The interior of the villa also offers every possible comfort: 11 bedrooms, all with walk-in closets and balconies with views; 15 bathrooms; two fully equipped kitchens worthy of a starred chef; two dining areas for dinners with family or friends; several living areas furnished with sofas and artwork. Not bad, right?
