Who is Bianca Censori, the new wife of Kanye West

No one really knows who she is. Many even ignore her name, but by now they've grown accustomed to seeing Bianca Censori alongside Kanye West (or Ye, if you prefer to call him that) at every opportunity. The two have been inseparable for about a year now, ever since the artist's divorce from Kim Kardashian was made official, whose resemblance to his new partner is more than obvious. The two lovers have appeared together on several occasions and in various cities from New York to L.A., even hand-in-hand with North West. The latest paparazzi photo was taken during their holiday in Italy. Kanye and Bianca travelled the Bel Paese from Verona to Florence (apparently looking for new fabrics for the new Yeezy collection), from Rome, where the rapper attended Travis Scott's concert, to Venice, where West caused a stir with a look that showed part of his backside. But aside from a few pictures of her sporting daring looks that were surely recommended by Ye, what do we really know about Bianca?

Her background

Bianca Censori is 28 years old, originally from Melbourne (apparently the suburb of Ivanhoe), Australia, but currently lives in Los Angeles. In an interview with Vogue Australia in June 2022, she shared that she splits her time between the two cities: "Melbourne felt like this melting pot of global creativity. People began to cross disciplines and collaborate in ways I hadn’t experienced before." Also in Melbourne, she attended Carey Baptist Grammar School, where she later earned a master's degree in architecture.

Job and passions

According to her LinkedIn profile, Censori has worked as an architectural designer for Yeezy since November 2020 and is now the company's head of architecture. Apparently, her love for West blossomed right in the workplace after a long friendship that was also fuelled by a shared passion for architecture. Before embarking on her current career, Bianca founded a jewellery brand called Nylons Jewellery while still a student, which was active from 2013 to 2017 and then failed because it did not prove to be a successful venture.

Social presence

Bianca Censori is not on Twitter, Facebook or TikTok or any other social media platforms. She had an Instagram account, which she reportedly deactivated after news of her relationship with Kanye West broke. Was it her idea, a request from the rapper or just a desire to escape the curious? Who knows. What is certain is that the Australian has not spoken out until now. She has not given any interviews or made any statements since she started dating the Yeezy founder. After keeping magazines and social media busy for years during his love story with Kim Kardashian, Kanye seems to have opted for silence in his relationship life as well. There are only a number of glimpses of Censori, captured by paparazzi and almost certainly chosen by West. 

Marriage to Kanye West

According to international gossip sites, Kanye and Bianca have been husband and wife since January last year. According to TMZ, the rapper and the architect are said to have married in great secrecy. Although there is apparently no official marriage certificate, the two are wearing wedding rings. Furthermore, a source close to the rapper confirmed the news: "Kanye and Bianca celebrated their love in a small wedding ceremony. Even friends don't know if it's legal, but it's definitely very real to them."

How long have Kanye West and Bianca Censori been a couple?

We don't know when their romantic relationship began, but the first rumours of their love emerged in early January when Bianca and the rapper were spotted having dinner together at the Waldorf Astoria in Beverly Hills. Another clue dates back to December 2022, when West released a new song called Censors Overload, a clear reference to his new partner's last name.
