10 homemade cocktails ideas for the holidays

The holiday season this year is definitely one of a kind, and if the convivial occasions will be missing, we don't have to forget about our favorite festive cocktails. To respond to the need to cuddle yourself with something sweet, preparing a cocktail is a great idea, which involves all five senses: smell, touch, sight and hearing are stimulated by the preparation of the drink, while the taste, well, while you drink it!
nss G-Club collected a list of 10 alcoholic (and alcohol free) cocktails to sip for a happy hour, a Christmas lunch or the night of New Year’s Eve, to make everyone happy and make the festivities even more bubbling!
1. Holiday Sangria (also Virgin)
What you need:
4 deep glasses and a carafe; 1 orange; 1 apple; 1 cinnamon stick; 1 star anise flower; 1 bottle of red wine (to be replaced with Cranberry Kombucha for the non-alcoholic version); a bottle of red orange juice.
How to:
Cut the fruit and pour all the ingredients into a carafe, stir with a wooden spoon. Let rest for 20 minutes and refrigerate. When serving, add ice to taste.
2. Christmosa
What you need:
4 flutes; 1 lime; 1 bottle of cranberry juice; 1 bottle of champagne; 1 tablespoon of sugar; rosemary and cranberry for garnish.
How to:
Moisten the edges of the flute with lime and decorate with sugar: after having it on a saucer turn upside down the glass to make the sugar absorb from the lime juice. Fill the glass half with champagne and half with cranberry juice. Decorate with fruit and a rosemary stick. Cheers!
3. Pineapple Coconut Champagne
What you need:
4 flutes and a carafe; 1 bottle of pineapple juice; 1 can of coconut milk; 1 bottle of champagne or prosecco (replace with neutral Kombucha for the Virgin version); sugar syrup; dehydrated coconut.
How to:
Moisten the rhyme of the flute with the sugar syrup and cover with dehydrated coconut. Fill the glasses in half with the selected bubbles, then mix the pineapple juice and the liquid part of the coconut milk in a carafe and pour the product until the glass is filled. Hohohohonololu!
4. Snowflake Martini
What you need:
A shaker; 2 martini glasses; 90ml of white chocolate liqueur; 60ml of vanilla vodka; two tablespoons of sweet cream; 4 ice cubes.
How to:
Sprinkle the rhyme of the glasses with a lemon. Combine the ingredients in the shaker and shake vigorously for a few minutes, pour the cocktail into its royal container. Enjoy with a shiver on your back.
5. Cosmopolitan (also Mock)
What you need:
A martini glass; a shaker; 45 ml of vodka; 30ml of cointreau; 15 ml of lemon juice; 15ml of cranberry juice; 3-4 ice cubes.
How to:
Pour all the ingredients into the shaker and shake vigorously. Serve with an orange peel to cuddle the olfactory sphere.
6. Champagne Margarita
What you need:
4 flutes; 50ml of fresh lemon juice; 100ml of tequila; 50ml of orange liqueur; 50 ml of champagne; sugar and salt for garnish.
How to:
Sprinkle the rhyme of the glass with the lemon and garnish with the sugar. Combine the liquid ingredients in a carafe and serve with a slice of lemon sitting on the glass.
7. Blackberry Thyme Sparkler
What you need:
4 flutes; for the blackberry syrup: 100g of blackberries, 40g of sugar and 30ml of lemon juice; 1 bottle of champagne; sprigs of thyme.
How to:
In a pan, cook the blackberries with sugar and lemon until they form a thick sauce, to cool at room temperature for at least 12 hours before use. Place a teaspoon of sauce on the bottom of each glass and add the champagne, here appears the nuanced effect. Garnish with blackberry and thyme.
8. Sparkling coconut water & fruit punch
What you need:
4 flutes and a carafe; 300ml of coconut water; 1 bottle of champagne or prosecco (or kombucha for the non-alcoholic version); 50 ml of fruit juice to taste; fruit to taste.
How to:
Cut the fruit into small pieces, place in the carafe and add the liquid ingredients. Let rest for at least 12 hours at room temperature then keep in the fridge until serving time.
9. Raspberry, Limoncello & Prosecco
What you need:
4 deep glasses and a carafe; a bottle of prosecco; 120ml of limoncello; 200 gr of raspberries; lemon and mint for garnish.
How to:
Pour the liquids into the carafe, stir and leave in the fridge until ready to serve. Put the glasses and raspberries in the freezer 15 minutes before serving, then pour the liquids into the glasses, add raspberries and mint, cut a slice of lemon for the garnish.
10. Almond Refresher
What you need:
3 glasses; 90ml of Baileys Vegan with almond; 90ml of coconut water; red fruit for garnish.
How to:
Pour the Baileys in the middle of each glass filled with ice, add the coconut water and mix. Garnish with the fruit.
