How Isamaya Ffrench is lassoing cowboy culture in beauty

Wild Star, Isamaya Beauty's new collection, pays homage to our inner cowgirl: sexy, powerful, feisty. The kind of person who can take care of herself and who and never compromises. A marked change of course from the debut that was inspired by the world of latex and BDSM, the second drop created by Isamaya Ffrench draws, as seen in the campaign video directed by Steven Klein, on the allure of the wild west, the imagery of rodeos and cowboys where kitsch, glitz and glamour reign. This aesthetic translates into make-up made of vibrant shades of pink and light blue, rhinestones, metallic finishes and bold lip liners to be paired with shimmering burnt bronze lipsticks to create a feminine and luminous look.

The collection consists of five essential pieces. The item destined to sell out is the Pressed Pigment Palette, 12 rhinestone-studded eyeshadow shades designed for a "prairie" look that offers vibrant metallic colors and warm, earthy mattes. There are denim blues, bronze and burnt orange that evoke the desert landscape and the pink of neon rodeo signs. Luckykiss Diamond Glow Lipstick is infused with vitamin E and formulated to produce a two-tone pearlescent finish that changes at every angle. Declined in three shades (Bluff, Outlaw and Buck) it gives lips moisture and shine with its golden glow. To define the look of the lips simply add the Spur Stick Suede Lip Liner to the make-up routine. The Dazzle Up Highlighter, which contains shea butter, jojoba oil and an alfalfa complex that mimics retinol, gives a glow and also acts as a remedy for tired, dull skin to the eye, cheek and lip areas. The last product in the collection is the Lash Lasso Wrap mascara designed to thicken, curl lashes and give them a dramatic touch.
