It’s well known by now: trends never die; sooner or later, they come back. Like the Berry make-up, inspired by the ‘90s vamp look, or the blue eyeshadow, taking cues from the iconic Twiggy. Alongside Pamela Anderson’s Hollywood comeback with The Last Showgirl, her iconic frosty lips have also made a return—perfect for this festive season.
What Are Frosty Lips
The term frosty lips refers to the frosted effect created on the lips, characterized by an ultra-shimmer finish that brightens your face. The undisputed queens of this trend are the icons of the early 2000s: Pamela Anderson, who rocked this look on every occasion, Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, and Kate Moss.
Which Lipsticks to Choose
After years of matte and satin-finish lipsticks, shimmer lipsticks are back on the shelves—perfect for recreating frosty lips. How to Recreate Frosty Lips
Before applying your chosen lipstick, outline your lips with a darker pencil than the lipstick shade. @chellineees #greenscreen the girlies are bringing back the frosty vibes & I’m all here for it. I was obssesed with all the frost lipsticks MAC used to carry. Spanish Fly, Icon, Spoiled Fabulous and ofcourse the VG Rihanna (which I still have and wear) etc . . . This is in no way a “new trend” as Gel has been loved for many years now!! It’s just getting all our love and attention again
