Welcome to the Miu Miu Mountain Club

In order to tell the story of its FW21 collection, Miu Miu opted for a video shot in a breathtaking location: the snowy landscape of Cortina d'Ampezzo. In this suspended nature, against the backdrop of the Dolomites and a 150-meter-long catwalk of recycled wood underfoot, a small gang of Brave hearts moves in furry after-ski boots, tricot neck warmers and quilted down jackets. 

The girls of the Miu Miu Mountain Club play with opposites, making fragility and courage dialogue, mixing comfort and coolness, functional and protective clothing with a touch of femininity. This mix is the mirror of the different facets living in every woman, a choral tale dressed in voluminous faux fur jackets, cargo pants, crochet masks, pastel-colored satin ski suits, petticoat dresses made of heavy wool with metal studs that make the models look like warriors who are not afraid to show off their beauty or their fragility. 

Miuccia Prada once again successfully combines worlds that look apparently antithetical, such as cabincore aesthetics and slip dresses, and makes us fall in love with the result.
