Models, it-girls, entrepreneurs, influencers and now more and more businesswomen. Bella Hadid and Kendall Jenner are about to start two new jobs, adding experience to an already extremely versatile curriculum.
Bella has decided to enter a business that, in recent years, is attracting more and more stars, namely that of food & beverage. After two years of testing, she announced, posting on Instagram a picture of herself when, just fifteen years old, she worked in an açaí bowl café, that she will soon hit the market Kin Euphorics, a non-alcoholic adaptogenic drink that has as its concept the phrase "brain care is self-care". According to what Vogue revealed, it's a drink that includes Gaba, a naturally occurring nootropic chemical that promotes relaxation, and tyrosine, a mood enhancer. Its key ingredients also list phenylethylamine extract and rhodiola rosea root, known to improve cognitive function and boost energy levels.
Bella will not only fund the brand created with CEO Jen Batchelor or lend her beautiful face to advertising campaigns, but will participate in every step of the drink's creation, from formula to marketing. Case in point. Kin will soon introduce a variant infused with lavender grown on the Hadid family farm in Pennsylvania .
Now, luxury e-tailer FWRD has a creative director: Kendall Jenner.
I grew up loving fashion and have been incredibly fortunate to work with some of the most brilliant people in this business. As FWRD's Creative Director, I am excited to help curate the site's offering with emerging designers and brands. - Said the 25-year-old who is also the face of the site's Fall 2021 campaign shot by Glen Luchford - I see this as a great opportunity to put what I've learned into practice, and most likely learn even more.
FWRD is owned by Revolve Group, which has announced via its co-CEO and co-founder Michael Mente that he is excited about the new collaboration because Kim Kardashian's younger sister, with her sense of style and talent, is perfect for attracting the next generation of luxury consumers, but more importantly, intercepting their tastes while anticipating trends. Kendall will begin her new job during New York Fashion Week, starting September 8, and will be in charge of the website aspect, marketing and supporting emerging and independent designers.
