Gucci presents Gucci Blonde, its new it-bag

Gucci Blonde will be the new crush of the season. Alessandro Michele has created it by updating an archive model distinguished by the classic intertwined double G in its circular version. This logo, already present in patents since 1971, has become the star of an entire line of bags that includes different sizes, silhouettes and details, but, above all, a timeless design, capable as always in Michele's fashion of uniting past and present. The choice is leather, suede and GG canvas, available in a wide palette of colors. There is the messenger model with interchangeable leather and Web fabric shoulder straps; the smaller bag perfect for day-to-night wear, whether you prefer to carry it comfortably with the chain strap or clasp it in your hands like an evening clutch; and, finally, there is the mini version which, despite its small size, also has interchangeable and adjustable leather or Web fabric shoulder straps.

Launched for the first time during the Love Parade fashion show in Los Angeles, Gucci Blondie is back in the spotlight thanks to a new advertising campaign shot in reportage style by Angelo Pennetta, under the creative direction of Alessandro Michele, and set in New York. The city that never sleeps has the same cosmopolitan, free, energetic and cool vibes that the signature features of the Italian brand's new bag. In the images, the models sport the Blondie and show us its versatility, suggesting how to incorporate it into our outfits.

Over the last few days, Anne Hathaway was spotted at the Cannes Film Festival (at the press conference for the new film Armageddon Time to be precise) in a stunning Gucci total look with a bit of sixties feel. The accessory she held in her hands was a Gucci Blondie in blue suede with a contrasting gold chain.
