Lisa Von Tang, a talent who mixes Chinese and German origins, chose Milan Fashion Week and, in particular, the exhibition spaces of the Rossana Orlandi Gallery to present her spring/summer 2023 collection. Here, among video installations and sculptures, the young designer's creations paint a picture that speaks of multiculturalism and refined sensuality. Her clothes have the colors of Henri Matisse's works and the understated glamour perfect for dressing a confident and cosmopolitan woman. Lilac, light blue, lime green and natural tones make eye-catching silk jacquard pajama suits; bandeau tops; shorts; silk shirts to be worn with pleated pants; sweetheart-neck bustiers; cotton pants embellished with cut-outs on the hips; shirts that cross over the body; slip dresses; wrap skirts; duster coats; sets with oriental inspirations; bias-cut wool knit minidresses; and fluid, minimalist dresses that revisit the traditional Chinese Qipao dress in a contemporary way and with a hint of mischief. What makes Lisa Von Tang's garments even more intriguing are the details such as feathers, cut-outs, deep necklines and transparencies, but also the choice of fabrics characterized by a tactile component, from hemp to jacquard silk, from wool to cotton.

Lisa Von Tang's girls are modern Alice in Wonderland, glamorous urban nomads, confident and carefree, at ease in every occasion. From the office to exclusive parties, they are always perfect and cool, with their suits and dresses mixing East and West, complemented by the small collection of accessories including the Pouch Bag and Phone Bag made of calfskin leather.
