The Chain Shoulder Matelasse Bag is the new must-have by Celine

It debuted during the FW22 Dans Paris fashion show amidst perfect-fit jeans, boxy blazers and delicate slip dresses that channel the effortlessness of French style, immediately standing out with its metallic details and graphic quilting, and now Celine Chain Shoulder Matelasse Bag arrives in stores, positioning itself as the latest addition to the Maison's line of iconic bags designed by Hedi Slimane. Made from goatskin leather on the outside that mimics the hand-stitched quilts made in France's oldest city, Marseille, the bag boasts an interior is lambskin, snap button closure, and an interior flat pocket. Completing the minimalist design of the model, giving it a gritty twist, are the Celine name written in gold on the front flap and the large 32-cm-long chain strap that allows it to be worn in a variety of ways.

Soon after being unveiled during PFW, the Matelassé Monochrome became a favorite it bag among celebrities and influencers. Lisa from BLACKPINK and Kaia Gerber, Celine's ambassador have already sported it on several occasions.
