Nensi Dojaka said yes to Mytheresa for her first bridal collection

The London-based Albanian designer presented her first bridal collection in collaboration with Mytheresa. "The inspiration for this exclusive collection came to me spontaneously when I was working on a wedding dress for my best friend last year," said Nensi Dojaka. "I wanted to design a light and elegant dress that would enhance a woman's figure and at the same time reflect the essence of our models. So the bridal collection felt like a continuation of our main designs, reinterpreted in a bridal setting."

Not only white and ethereal bridal gowns, but also rosy fragrances for the guests and bridesmaids. The designer presented 24 exclusive pieces with exaggerated femininity, disproving all the preconceptions associated with the canonical bride. The Nensi bride is sensual, she does not follow the codes of the wedding look but rewrites them through transparencies, corsets, tight dresses and sequins. The launch of the Nensi Dojaka x Mytheresa collection was entrusted to photographer Jana Gerberding, who photographed model Maria Khan in an editorial story that resembles the dream wedding night, the one with a dress by Nensi.
