From her recent show for Jacquemus to when she was the muse of Yves Saint Laurent

Model, actress, muse of legendary stylists such as Yves Saint Laurent and Jean Paul Gaultier, Laetitia Casta has always been synonymous with that French charm we can't resist. She was barely a teenager when her brother introduced her to the Miss Lumio contest, in Corsica where she lives, which she won, but her career began shortly after a photographer from the Madison fashion agency noticed her on the beach and took some photos, impressed by the girl's wild and genuine beauty. In a short time, the fashion world falls in love with her delicious pout, her babylike face that hides a seductive side like Brigitte Bardot and her soft shape, so different from the angular thinness that characterizes most of the models of the 90s.
On the catwalk, Laetitia preferred to walk for French designers such as Paco Rabanne and Christian Lacroix, but especially for YSL and Gaultier or for the English Vivienne Westwood. From fashion she went to cinema. After being celebrated as the embodiment of the Marianne of France, allegorical symbol of the Republic, and after a small role in Asterix and Obelix vs. Caesar, Laetitia began to work more and more for the big screen, collaborating with masters such as Patrice Leconte and Tsai Ming-liang.
For her birthday, G-club goes back in time to when Laetitia Casta was one of the most beloved models. Here are her best runway moments, highlighted by outfits: from the grey underwear with built-in wings she wore in 1999 for Victoria's Secret to the Venus de Botticelli-style flower bikini she wore for YSL Haute Couture SS99, from the little dress with fifities mood of the Louis Vuitton FW10 show to the cropped pullover matched with the high-waisted skirt that was part of the Jacquemus FW20 collection.
